Nicole Papaioannou Lugara, PhD

Nicole is the Owner of Your Instructional Designer and the Upskill Experience. With 300+ scripts for instructional video under her belt, she's cultivated strategies and tools that make script writing easier and more effective. She spent the early parts of her career teaching writing to undergrads as an adjunct professor and writing center consultant. Her doctoral work focused on student engagement, transfer of learning, and writing across contexts.
